Highlands™ Dog Pad

My dog curls up on it in the car before we even make it to the trailhead. Unpacking the accordion-fold makes setup take about ten seconds, and it's still the first thing out of my pack when we get to camp.

I was skeptical about how compact the accordion fold really was, but it packs down smaller than my sleeping bag and takes seconds to set up. My 60-pound lab sprawls on it at camp all evening, and it keeps her off the cold ground without adding noticeable weight to my pack.

My dog curls up on this pad the second we stop for a break, and it's warm enough that I don't have to bring a blanket anymore. It folds down to almost nothing in my pack, so I barely notice the extra weight on the trail.
